You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving your order. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product.
The costs for returning are free.
the product has not been used
the product is not damaged
it is not a product that may not be returned for hygienic reasons (underwear, swimwear, jewellery etc.)
the product is returned in the original packaging or with the original (price) tags still attached to it
the order is returned within 28 days
the consumer has requested the order for return by e-mail
To return your order please send an email to little.label.lovers.bcn@gmail.com with your order number and which product you would like to return so we can send a return label. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned to us in good order.
