Our standard delivery time is 5 working days, depending on the day and time of your order. We do our best to deliver your order to you as soon as possible! What are the shipping costs? The shipping costs are 7.99 euros for orders under 100 euros. For orders over 100 euros, shipping is free. Which countries do you ship to? We ship worldwide! Can I cancel or change my order? Cancelling or changing an order is possible if it has not yet been shipped. During checkout, you can indicate in the order notes that you would like to have your order to be wrapped as a gift. Exchanges and returns How can I exchange or return my order? You can contact us via little.label.lovers.bcn@gmail.com or through our contact form. You can exchange or return your order by letting us know your order number and which product you would like to return so we can send a return label. With the return label you can send your order to our return address. I have returned my order. When will I receive my purchase amount back? We process returns within 5 working days after we have received them. As soon as the return has been approved, we will refund the purchase amount via the same payment method with which the order was paid. Can I return my order free of charge?
